Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to be the primary client contact and lead a team of 2–3 customer service agents. You will oversee agent performance, support them across live chat, phone, and email, handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups for orders, returns, products, and sales, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve cases. Accurately log all communications in the CRM and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum 4 years in a similar role
- Fluent English (written and spoken); comfortable with multi-channel support and learning new systems
- Detail-oriented, proactive, team player; committed to delivering a 5-star customer experience
- Full-time, in person; pay up to Rs200,00/month
