Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is currently seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As the initial point of contact for our visitors and callers, you will play a key role in establishing a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and welcome all guests.
- Answer and appropriately direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: Candidates should possess an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, have strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
