Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative in Karachi. In this role, you will assist customers and transporters through live chat and email, addressing their inquiries related to shipments, payments, and platform issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments.
- Resolve issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed chat records in the CRM system.
- Achieve performance goals related to response times.
Requirements: Candidates should possess intermediate education, 1-2 years of relevant experience, excellent written English skills, computer literacy, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to work in shift rotations.
