Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, responsible for greeting guests, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing outstanding customer service to our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will also include addressing inquiries and complaints, managing accounts for community charges, and enforcing community regulations while coordinating office activities effectively.
Qualifications & Experience: We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks are essential for this position.
