Job Description
Romeo Staffing Agency is seeking dedicated Patient Care Coordinators to join our back-office team in Model Colony, Karachi. This role supports US-based home health agencies by acting as an essential link among patients, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care coordination and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process patient referrals and verify insurance details.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and team members.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide outstanding support to both patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of healthcare experience and strong English communication skills.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs65,00.00 for a full-time position.
