Job Description
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting the CEO in all professional capacities. Your key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-Day Management:
- Organize and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings.
- Ensure all tasks and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Travel Management:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle last-minute changes with efficiency and flexibility.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with tracking progress on strategic initiatives and projects.
- Provide support in research and data analysis.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges in the CEO’s workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the CEO’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
