Job Description
SPEC Refinery (PVT) LTD is seeking a qualified Aviation Manager to oversee all aspects of our aviation operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will lead the recruitment and training of flight crews, implement safety management systems, manage operational budgets, and efficiently resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field, substantial experience in aviation operations management, a strong understanding of applicable regulations, and outstanding leadership and communication skills.
