Job Description
Smart Brains BPO is currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Verifier for our US-based Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for validating leads, confirming accident details, and pre-qualifying clients for legal consultations. This position demands high accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
- Verify and collect lead information.
- Confirm details of the accidents.
- Screen claimants for eligibility.
- Ensure confidentiality of all client information.
- Escalate qualified leads to the legal intake team.
- Meet established performance metrics.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in BPO or a related field, with strong verbal communication skills.
