Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)
Delta Gulf LLC is actively seeking a skilled MEP Estimator to support our construction projects in the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess robust Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation expertise, along with the ability to mentor junior estimators while working under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Compile comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of MEP estimation experience, and strong analytical skills are essential.
