Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is actively seeking dynamic and confident individuals for the role of Call Center Verifier. The chosen candidates will be tasked with making outbound calls to verify client details, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Salary: Starting at PKR 60,00/- per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information.
- Provide accurate responses tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Promote additional products/services when appropriate.
- Deliver outstanding service with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
