Job Description
Experts Communication is actively looking for a talented and dedicated Contact Center Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills are essential.
Salary: 35,00 – 55,00 PKR (based on skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Manage calls professionally, address customer inquiries, achieve sales targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
