Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Skin Xperts as Chat Support. In this full-time position, you will manage customer queries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, intermediate/graduate education, and fluency in Urdu along with mid-level English.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, confirm orders, promote products, and deliver outstanding service.
