Job Description
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi
Diamond Super Market is looking for a committed HR Officer with a strong emphasis on payroll management. The successful candidate will possess prior payroll experience and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to HR policies while providing support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage employee benefits and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and address discrepancies.
- Support HR administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- At least 1 year of payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
