Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mall Manager to oversee the operations of Nine Arches Mall. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property management, including oversight of daily operations, tenant relations, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mall operations and team.
- Handle monthly rental collections and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Foster positive tenant relations and resolve conflicts.
- Create a safe shopping environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Accounting & Finance preferred.
- 2 years of Mall Management experience required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
