Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of Area Manager in our Microfinance operations, specifically in the following districts: Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzafargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan disbursements.
- Conduct recovery meetings and site visits.
- Ensure adherence to business quality and company policies.
- Monitor team performance and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Implement periodic compliance checks related to AML/CFT regulations.
Compensation and Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience, along with benefits including a Provident Fund, EOBI, bonuses, and health insurance.
