Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily attendance issues, monitoring worker attendance records, and maintaining accurate employee files.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports, facilitating the opening of bank accounts for employees, and acting as the primary contact for employee grievances. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations in both rural and urban environments.
This position is available in Chunian or Pattoki. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferably a BBA in HR) and have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
