Job Description
Essa Foods is seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust network of distributors and traders in Lahore and Punjab. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting clear sales targets for the sales team, including Branch Supervisors.
- Formulating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to analyze competitors and emerging trends.
- Assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
The total sales target is Rs2 Million per month, with a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs125,00.00 per month, plus allowances. A willingness to travel is preferred.
