Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (Night Shift – US Campaign)
We are currently hiring Call Center Representatives for our US-based campaigns. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills and demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide accurate product information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records diligently.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English.
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work night shifts.
