What You Will Do:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls
- Provide assistance to customers by addressing inquiries and offering solutions
- Maintain precise records in our CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
Shift Schedule: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site)
