Job Description
Grand City is on the lookout for a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment initiatives. In this position, you will partner with department leaders to understand staffing requirements and oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting job postings to making final selections. Your role will involve sourcing candidates through diverse platforms and conducting interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields, coupled with 2–4 years of recruitment experience in sizable organizations. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are imperative for success in this role.
