Job Description
Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in Odoo to bridge operational teams and ERP customization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring effective implementation across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate workflows.
– Convert business requirements into Odoo configurations.
– Tailor functional workflows to meet organizational needs.
– Deliver training and develop user-friendly documentation.
– Assist with user acceptance testing and facilitate change management.
Required Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of ERP experience, preferably with Odoo.
– Proficient in business process mapping.
– Strong communication skills in English.
