Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is excited to announce openings for Customer Care Representatives in our North Nazimabad branch. We are looking for individuals who are not only enthusiastic but also possess exceptional communication skills, particularly in spoken English. Candidates with experience in call centers and proficiency in Excel will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Effectively meet customer needs and specifications.
- Manage and resolve challenging situations with dissatisfied customers.
Qualifications:
- Education at the Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Strong command of spoken English is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
