Job Description: The Time Keeper is responsible for overseeing employee attendance, managing shifts, and inputting payroll information in an industrial environment to enhance workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate biometric/manual attendance records.
- Compile data for payroll while ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
- Manage shift schedules and process leave requests effectively.
- Generate attendance reports and respond to employee inquiries.
