Job Description
Campus 92 is looking for a dedicated Female QA Agent to join our night shift team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring online teaching sessions, evaluating teacher performance, and ensuring compliance with our quality standards. Key duties include reviewing both live and recorded classes, preparing detailed performance reports, and providing constructive feedback to educators.
Preferred candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Availability for night shifts is a must, and we only accept applications from female candidates.
