Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager Retail to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations while developing and implementing effective customer engagement strategies. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing customer service processes, managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and evaluating employee performance. Additionally, you will prepare analytical reports on retail data and support store closing procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management. Preference will be given to applicants aged 25 to 35. This is a full-time position that requires attendance in person.
