Job Description
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for the position of Quality Control Executive within the BPO industry, based in Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Work Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM (Monday–Friday) | Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
Salary: Up to PKR 70,00
Qualifications: We welcome fresh graduates or candidates with an ADP/Graduation and an available transcript. While 1 year of experience in Quality Control is preferred, we encourage capable male candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include monitoring calls and chats, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing constructive feedback to improve customer experiences, maintaining Quality Control reports, and addressing training needs.
Requirements: Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and a flexible approach to adapt to operational demands.
