Job Description
Max International is seeking a committed Chat Support Representative to facilitate client communications via Facebook Messenger. Applicants must be available for shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through chat interactions. Proficiency in written English is essential, and prior experience with customer service tools is highly desirable.
