Job Description
BoosterEx.com is currently looking for a dedicated Female Customer Service Representative to join our team at our E-Commerce Store located in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary ranging from 40,00 to 50,00 PKR. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with inbound and outbound customer calls
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Professionally resolve customer complaints
- Document customer interactions accurately
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
