Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team in Karachi (Onsite). This full-time position offers working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM PKST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize outstanding oral and written communication skills; an American accent is preferred.
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as text messaging for tenants, prospects, and vendors.
- Schedule meetings, moderate discussions, and document detailed notes.
- Efficiently handle Outlook emails and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.
- Exhibit strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills are essential.
