Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is looking for a reliable Chat Support Representative to become a part of our team. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email.
- Assisting with sales inquiries related to our products.
- Processing orders and offering necessary updates.
- Collaborating with teams to address customer issues.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required. We prefer candidates with customer service experience. Strong communication skills and availability for night shifts are essential.
