Job Description
HMA Industries is looking for a committed Warehouse Officer to manage our Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying raw materials, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and maintaining up-to-date stock records. This role also involves monitoring storage conditions and issuing materials to the production departments.
In addition, the Warehouse Officer will inspect the quality of finished goods, prepare them for dispatch, and coordinate logistics. Key responsibilities include maintaining documentation, implementing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training staff on safety protocols and record-keeping procedures.
