Job Description
Join Vibractive as a Female Customer Service Representative and contribute to our dynamic team! In this role, you will handle inquiries related to birthday parties and event bookings, while managing communications through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle event inquiries and drive sales leads.
- Provide accurate responses to customer questions.
- Follow up with potential clients diligently.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English communication skills, a confident demeanor, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
