Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to oversee the end-to-end operations and compliance related to the Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and the Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution (SESSI). The primary responsibilities include managing registration, overseeing contribution filings, and interacting with government agencies for inspections and audits. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws and have substantial experience in statutory compliance.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, accompanied by 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent coordination skills are essential.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of Rs 40,00.00 per month, required to be based in-person.
