Salary: PKR 40,00 – PKR 45,00/month + PKR 20,00 Incentives
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (6 PM-2 AM or 10 PM-6 AM PKT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to international customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote our products on a global scale.
- Collaborate effectively to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in international customer service.
- Proficient in professional English communication.
- Must be available for night shift options.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
