Job Description
The Skin Xperts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through WhatsApp to address inquiries.
- Resolve issues and provide updates on order status.
- Promote products effectively and generate sales.
- Ddeliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Languages: Proficient in Urdu; intermediate English skills required.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
Salary: Rs 30,00 – Rs 40,00 per month, located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
