Job Description
Explosion Services is looking for an organized and friendly Receptionist to join our call center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk duties, warmly welcoming visitors, handling incoming phone calls, and providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and oversee delivery operations.
- Assist the HR and Operations teams during the onboarding process.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a high school diploma, prior reception experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
