Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for committed Banking Helpline Agents to join a leading telecom company. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with a positive demeanor and providing effective solutions to their concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Efficiently resolve inquiries and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and manage customer account information accurately.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 (includes performance-based incentives).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
- Location: Lahore (in-person engagement).
