Job Description
ACE MARKETING is on the lookout for both fresh and experienced International Callers to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional outbound call services to our US clients, contributing greatly to our commitment to outstanding customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (CRM software, email, typing).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month (Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Incentives).
