Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is looking for a skilled Immigration Consultant to support clients with immigration processes related to study, work, and permanent residency in foreign countries. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of immigration laws and demonstrate a proven history of successfully guiding clients through intricate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide current advice on immigration laws for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa types and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about evolving immigration legislation.
- Counsel clients on compliance obligations.
