Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a proud member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relations Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and resolving issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Logging customer calls, updating our CRM system, and promptly escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
