Job Description
Maxitech Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly qualified Manager of Quality Operations to join our manufacturing facility in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
In this role, you will oversee QC and Microbiology operations, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), manage supplier quality systems, and promote a quality-centric culture within the QA/QC teams. You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure inspection readiness for regulatory compliance.
A Pharm-D degree and an M. Phil in a relevant field are highly preferred, along with a proven track record in a regulated environment.
