Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking committed Chat Support Agents to join our dynamic team in Gulberg, Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and assisting them with our service features. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and communicate it to our Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to enhance our offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide assistance with specific features.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
