Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a Customer Service Officer who will be responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. The ideal candidate will coordinate with airlines and customers on flight bookings, provide shipment statuses, maintain records of customer interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain/Marketing.
Experience: Fresh to 6 months.
