Job Description
KazSoft Technologies is urgently looking for a fluent English-speaking candidate for an inbound sales and customer support role. If you are self-motivated, have excellent communication abilities, and possess prior call center experience, we encourage you to apply!
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English: Capable of engaging with US customers seamlessly and without scripts.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a respected call center, BPO, or software house.
- Campaign Experience: Proven involvement with US telecom campaigns is required.
- Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
