Job Description
Bright Pathway is actively looking for a confident and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage inbound client inquiries and successfully convert them into enrollments. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate information about our services, engaging with prospective clients, and facilitating the admissions process to boost enrollments.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to inquiries, managing client records, sending admissions communications, and processing payments.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, excellent English proficiency, prior experience in admissions or customer service, and a proactive approach to your work.
