Job Description
We invite you to become a valued member of our team as an HR Officer at the Women’s Empowerment Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting our organization’s mission. Your primary responsibilities will involve recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting in performance evaluations, and coordinating staff training initiatives.
To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1–2 years of HR experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and familiarity with HR software and labor regulations would be advantageous.

Pay: Up to Rs55,00.00 per month
