Job Description
Join ZPayso as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. This is a paid internship tailored for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience, with the potential for a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide detailed information about ZPayso’s services.
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Engage in ongoing skill enhancement training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
