Job Description
Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is looking for a driven and responsible Retail Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our cargo terminal in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrabgoth. The successful candidate will interact with walk-in customers, efficiently book and dispatch shipments using our system, and ensure high-quality cargo sales and dispatch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the cargo sales counter.
- Provide information on services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Book shipments accurately and issue required documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
- Resolve customer complaints while meeting sales targets.
Requirements: A minimum of Intermediate or Graduation degree; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; excellent communication skills; basic knowledge of computers.
