Job Description
Real Beauty is looking for a committed Customer Support Representative (CSR) to enhance our team. In this position, you will address customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering accurate product information, resolving customer complaints, managing order queries, and ensuring a positive atmosphere in all communications.
To qualify, applicants must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a fundamental understanding of skincare products.
The salary range for this position is Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
