Job Description
Omni Academy & Consulting, a renowned global provider of training and consulting services, specializes in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud, SIEBEL CRM, Web Development, Data Science, AI, and PRA Technology support. We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Officer to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will handle recruitment, manage employee relations, facilitate training and development, and prepare HR reports.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and strong communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
